How do hippos defend their selves?

They either scream like a little girl or they put YOU in front of them!!!

Actually, they show their tusks, using that as a warning. If they feel that that didn't work, they will attack. Their tusks are very sharp and are about 20 inches long. Hippos have big heads, so their force when they bite will be very strong.
