All of the human beings help plants a lot and plants are important to us to without living beings or plants the earth would be a dead planet. The way we help plants is by breathing out carbon dioxide which is their air and they breath out oxygen which is all living beings air so without plants everything is dead. Also plants suck in the dead bodies' nutrition through the soil.

Humans, and actually all other animals, breathe out carbon dioxide. Plants take in this carbon dioxide and combine it with water and sunlight to make food in a process called photosynthesis. Luckily, a byproduct of this process is oxygen, which humans and other animals breathe in. Then we breathe out carbon dioxide, and the wondrous cycle continues.
