Just dial it as you would normally. All mobile numbers are 'non-geographic' in that they don't relate to any specific area. The network will work out that you're dialling a mobile number, and route the call accordingly. It wouldn't matter if the phone was in Amsterdam, New York, Sydney or Hong Kong - you'd dial it exactly the same.
