I have a 95 f250 5.8 gas engine that has duel fuel tanks my truck has in tank pumps that are not cheap so shop around for a good price so what you'll have to do is drop the tank or tanks first thing I would do is turn the key to the on position if you hear a whiring sound the pumps not bad check the emergency shut off to make sure it hasn't tripped its down on the pass side kick panel also check the fuel pump relay/fuses if you have dual tanks the tank select switch or the under body solenoid that switchs tanks could be dirty do a little research on this and you will save yourself alot time and money because this fix could become kinda pricey if you just start r&rin parts you out one other thing drain the tank or tanks before you remove them there gonna weigh 150-200lbs if full really play it safe drain then put some water in them because your gonna wanna clean the tank/tanks before you put new pump(s) in and remember it is gasoline so if you need light doing this job use a flash light

In the fuel tank.
Remove the gas cap. Unless there is a Schroeder valve on the fuel rail, you will just have to remove the fuel line at the fuel filter to relieve pressure. Wrap the connection with a rag while removing it and be prepared for the spray.
