Yes you can by doing this open the cheat box press shift-ctrl c then type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then shift click on a sim and press "Spawn" then you press "Sim Modder" a standing up newborn baby should show up next to your sim then click on the baby there will be an aging option it will ask you who you want to age and how old you want to be *Notes* if you want your sim to be a baby (or toddler) they may be able to do adult things and if your a child (Teenager) the sim's grade will be "F"* your sim will have a quick birthday becoming the age division you choose it to be I hope this helped..... ∙ 12y agoi believe there is a cheat, hold Ctrl+Shift+C then type in boolprop testingcheatsEnabled true. then you can go to the trashcan in front of the house and hold down Crtl while you click and a whole new menu of options will be there for you to chose from. you can also click other objects and your sim for a lot of options. if you want just the regular options then click without holding Ctrl.

If you mean on Sims 2 then you have to have the University expansion pack, then make a teen Sim go to college and they will turn into a young adult Sim. If it's on Sims 3, then I am not sure, sorry.
