This is a continuation of the question.
The head lights turn on, but all 4 of the marker lights and the dash lights don't come on. I have to keep turning the light switch on and off until they eventually come on. Once I have dash lights and marker lights they stay on normally until I shut the car off, then I have to start all over again. All fuses in the fuse box are good and not loose. What could be causing the problem?
Sorry for not putting these details in the original question.

I have a 1998 Hyundai Elantra and had the rotors replaced, you will have to have a shop to do it because they have to be pressed off and then back on again with a specialized machine or tool. Of course unless you have that tool you can do it yourself. Good luck.
