What is Professor Layton 4 about?
Professor layton 4 is called "Professor Layton and the Specter's Flute". It takes place in the past, when Luke first became Professor Layton's apprentice. Emmy, Layton's colleague and assistant, comes too. I think it first comes out in fall 2009 in Japan and should be in the US by 2011. You learn more about Luke's romance in this. It is 3 years before Curious Village takes place as well. There is a mysterious creature who every time he plays his flute, someone dies.

Does Professor Layton stay with Claire?
I think that a better form for the question would be '' Does Claire stay with Professor Layton?'' because shes the one who really leaves. She goes back to the past to die because she supposedly dies in a big explosion but she had a second chance to live and she thought that that wasn't fair. Yeah so.... P.S: Professor Layton actually cries in that scene AND bonus! he takes off his hat!!!! WHOOOOOO LAYTON YOU ROCK!!! yes, 10 years ago there was a big explosion involving a time machine, but for a split second, it worked and shot Claire 10 years into the future, into the professors present. but her body was trying to get back to her own time and she couldn't stop it. she died in the explosion. it was all very sad.
