Im in a kinda similair situation. The thing is that relationships are build on trust, if there is no trust then its not a healthy relationship. Ofcouse tell her that you care about her and her feelings and thats all you can do, the rest is up to her if she trusts your statement, if she does its good if she doesnt its gonna be a fight. Try to realise that its not worth keeping a relationship if there is not trust, eventhough its sucks like that
