I can only speak for the PC version, as I have never played the wii version, etc.
All you have to do is insert the disk, and a little menu should appear, giving you options. Ignore all options but the first one. It should say something along the lines of; "Play disk". Click on this and it should bring up the actually Sims 3 menu. On the left is a big, round circle with a play sign in the middle. Click on that and the game should start automatically.
Alternatively, you could click on The Sims 3 icon that should appear on your desktop once the Sims 3 has been installed. This should automatically take you to the Sims 3 menu, and from there you do the same. Click the big round play button and it should start for you!
No you need to get a icon on your computer that says sims 3
You must have the sims launch open, and the hair/whatever, must be installed on to the sims. Also, you must be logged on in your launcher!
i should think soo the xbox 360 and the playstation 3 you can and i watch the launch of the sims 3 comes to consoles and they said all the sims 3 console games has the exactly same game play.
No itried to do that i stalled on my laptop and it wont work without the disc
You can install the expansions for The Sims 3 in any order you want, but when you play the game you will have to use the disc for the latest expansion to launch the game.
i dont know... get back to you when i buy the expansion.
That is an incomplete question idk how to answer it *edited* You must be logged on to your sims account at the launch. Also, itt must be installed, and not everything will install!!
Yes, The Sims 3 can be played in windowed mode. To do this, you can adjust the game settings by going to the Options menu and changing the display settings to windowed mode. Alternatively, you can also launch the game with specific launch parameters to force it into windowed mode. This allows for easier multitasking and switching between applications while playing.
