Blogger know how many people visited their blog. Some platforms allow bloggers to see what IP's visited the blog but they won't be able to tell which individual person visited a blog. But if a blog uses services like facebook connect or Google connect that allow users to sign-in using that account blogger will have a way to know who went on their site.
