I have a complaint against Rob's Cleaning Serviced (DBA Ductman) (614) 231-8888, Service completed by Bobby/Mike. They cleaned our furnace, ductwork, vents on 11/6/08 for $510. Our hardwood floors were just refinished and the rooms empty pending their service. After they left we noticed two scratches leading from vent in living room to vent in kitchen. There was also a similar scratch in the back bedroom. The two other bedrooms were fine due to plastic on the floor for the painters. The back bedroom was buffed out by the company but the living room had to be redone for 350.00 additional dollars. We were not living there since we had four rooms empty and crammed into the other rooms for the refinishers. No one else was there except the Ductman and you could follow the route of his cleaning tool. They are not cooperating and I hope you can help. I have witnesses that saw the floor the same time we did. I would like to cancel the payment to them if possible pending resolution. Thank you

When franchising a small business it helps to avoid a lot of work, that an individual would have to do on their own in order to make a better success of the company. The owner is required to make certain payments to the franchise for services that are provided. If a person feels they need extra help with their business a franchise offers support.
