There usually is a on line complaint for each category that a consumer can make a complaint. For instance, if your scam is in construction you would file it in the construction section. Your state attorney general may also help you and so could the Better Business Bureau. When I have thought I was cheated I have filed complaint forms with all of the offices I have mention.
