You can get a diagram of the distributor cap wiring for a 91 Classic Range Rover at most major auto parts stores. Libraries and book stores also have books with the wiring diagram.
Range Rovers all typically take 5W-30. If you are still unsure, the oil reservoir cap should have specs on the top of it telling you what is best for your specific engine.
Open the Hood, if you looking at the engine, on the passenger side of the plastic cover OF THE ENGINE, not the engine bay, there is a cap with yellow writing, looking like an oil container. Unscrew it and pour oil in the engine. Check the dipstick periodically so that you don't overfill it.
The filter is under the black plastic cap on the left-hand side of the engine, you'll need a 36mm socket.

clog in radiator. drain radiator by removing cap on bottom remove cap on top fill top with water see if drains out bottom. or possibly an air pocket trapped in cooling system. make sure to bleed the air from the system.
Had same problem at first, The car needs to be open then just press the cover over the cap. If the car is locked the cap will not open...
