This one may sound easy, but I takes practice, so don't get discouraged. Take your index finger, and pretend it's really cold out and you're shivering. (All in all, just shiver.) Put your hand on the button and you can press the button quickly with a lot of practice. You should see great results within a short amount of time, but it'll take a while before you completely master it. after two years, my average rate is about 15 presses per second.
