First I'll start by saying you will get some fuel on you. It is easier if you can drive the van on some ramps. The fuel filter is located on the drivers side about the mid point of the van inside the frame rail. Loosed the fuel cap to relieve some of the pressure in the fuel system. The filter is held in place by 1 nut (which will probably break off when you try to remove it) and held to the fuel lines on each end by a plastic clip. Pull out these plastic clips with needle nose pliers and pull the fuel lines off. It is easier to understand if you already have the new filter in your hand so you have some idea what these plastic clips look like. Like I said, you will get fuel on you as the lines have fuel in them and well as the filter will be full of fuel.
