I have the same problem with my 98. I replaced the relays, resistor, fans, sensor. When you pull the sensor plug off do the fans come on? I hate to say there may be a driver blown in the PCM and that IS EXPENSIVE. Go to a Dearship and have a full diagnostic before you plung into some BIG MONEY.
Boys stink in the way that there is no fail safe way to know how they feel. The easy to read ones are the ones who do small things like holding the door for you, picking up the books when you drop them or starting a conversation. Other boys can be hard to read. Those boys there's no fail safe way to tell. Sometimes you have to take the plung and ask them.
