You get Cydia (if y you don't have it). Once you have it, download Winterboard. Then go back to Cydia and go on catergories, then themes,or, you could search a theme in search panel. Once you find a nice theme, click install, wait a few seconds, then click confirm. When the theme has finished downloading, go toWinterboard and tick the theme you want, then press the the menu/home button. Your iPhone or iPod will respring, then go to the lockscreen. Get through lockscreen, and your theme will be there waiting for you.

P.S. if you want some help finding a good theme, just go to YouTube and search best Cydia themes or best Winterboard themes. Hope this helps.
