How do lawyers address jury's?

Typically they address them as "Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury." During the arguements they will use 'you' in the discourse. They will usually attempt to flatter them during discussions, including such terms as the able citizens, the astute jurors and the intelligent members of the public.
