She could have feline diabetes. Take her to the vet to find out for sure.
Its not impossible But it is very unlikely because for a "zombie" to actually be considered an zombie it would have to no longer have any normal brain activity. The only way that this could possibly happen was if there was an extreme mutation in a brain tumor or something else in side the brain. To cause it to essentially "die" in an effect. But to still have the basic motor and survivability instincts and skills. Such as hunger and thirst. but sense this has never been tested or experienced we don't know anything about zombies and what there capable of. So for know they still remain in scary movies ans stories but someday they could become a reality
Once, in an attempt to kill an ant, I actually decapitated it unintentionally. Horrified yet morbidly curious, I saw how long it survived, and I was surprised to notice it lasted about 10 minutes in a state of writhing and twitching. After that, it responded to stimuli for another 5 minutes or so and eventually died. What's interesting is how coordinated the movements are for the first few minutes. After this, however, the ant slowly loses functionality. *today(August 3rd 2014) a friend of mine managed to decapitate a rather large carpenter ant, this was around 3PM. it is now 5:15 PM, and the ant's body is still alert, and reacts when you touch it. once it stops moving, I will post a time, so far over 2 hours of activity!
stimuli is in your body
Sight Sound Temperature Hunger/Thirst
Feeling of hunger and thirst and the organism could respond by eating or drinking. Or it is any other stimulus that occurs IN side the organism's body.
An example of an external stimulus is a painful prick (and any other stimulus that happens OUT side the organism ). The organism could respond by pulling away from the pain caused by the stimuli. An example of an internal stimulus is the feeling of hunger or thirst (or any other stimulus that happens IN side the organism). The organism could respond by eating or drinking. a behavior
The hypothalamus is the part of the brain that regulates body temperature, nutrient storage, motivation, emotion, hunger, thirst, aggression, and various other aspects of behavior. It acts as a control center for maintaining homeostasis and coordinating responses to internal and external stimuli.
No, but you can if you hunger them.
