If you're talking about the hair on your head, personally I perfer it to be down. It tickles the guys chest. If you're like me and have sensetive skin it can add a whole other level of sensations that add to the(again just assuming) sexual experience. Remember other senses and places need to be stimulated to be completely involved and it will make the climax higher:)
