it is a lot like as they hug them and also get them their food when need
They carry them on there backs and lick them to get clean
They take care of their cubs by hiding in the jungle with them
they are not good pets I tell ya they do care for there youngs very well:-.)

With care and love. They teach them not to be afraid, if there is no banana near.Also they teach them, how to avoid bigger and aggressive monkeys without being afraid (again) etc. The main point in the new age of raising monkeys is to teach the youngs them not to be afraid. :)
