Well, if you mean how do people get wealthy from scratch. The best thing to do is ask a wealthy person how they did it and copy what they did. Ive heard wealthy people recycle their money where some comes back not sure exactly what that means so im actually going to ask that question on this site. They do usually work and save money then invest it in bonds and stocks for many years unless they have a business then they can invest more. The main thing is, most millionaires got their from owning their own business. Also they never put all their money in one place. Its split up in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc... incase one market goes to crap they still have money performing. Hope this helps.

Disadvantages: Wealthy People running a government can be a bad idea. They could make people pay more money for taxes, and they could make people pay more for cars and anything in stores. Advantages: Wealthy people running a government could also be a good idea. Knowing that wealthy people can cherish their money and not want to give it away, they could higher people to make money for them so that there will be less taxes and more money towards employed people.

Typically, libraries do not make money. They were built to serve the purpose of letting those who are not as 'wealthy' to still get education (not like school) and resources. But libraries would make money off of the over due book money and off of donations.
