I hope you are not really expecting a scientific answer. If you are someone might actually come along and help you. Other wise I think you should simply accept that the ocean currents make our most visited vacation spots. XD No seriously though the ocean is run by the sun. At the equator the current picks up heat, which helps keep the tropics tropic and not desert, and slowly moves twords the poles and heats places that would otherwise be ice (like ice land, and some parts of Europe).
