They eat by first getting a clam or crayfish or whatever food is hard to open. They put the food they catch under their armpits then they grab a rock in the other hand. When the otter gets to the surface it'll lay on its back and lay the food on its stomach and hits the rock on the shell. Then the otter will have its food.
