Apparently the first answerer didn't understand your question. Romanians adapt to their environment the same way we all do. They dress in layers when it is cold and less as it warms up. The garden vegatables they plant are the type that grow well in their climate which usually means ground plants such as potatoes, carrots, radishes and so on. That should get you going. You will need to learn some about the geography of the area and so on to completely get your answer. OH P.S. I agree with the first answerer about how people treat their environment.
