From what I have observed on ebay most of them are from regular people just like you and me trying to make a living. There are many companies on there selling to but most of ebay is from private sellers. Most Ebay sellers are private sellers, many of whom have small businesses selling certain lines on Ebay. Some may specialize in sterling silver jewelry, designer knock-off purses, Mexican folk-art custom designed pet beds. Large retailers unload merchandise through outlets like Overstock.com
