There are no flower game predictors in RuneScape that work, as the flowers are a game of chance. After a recent update though, flower games are now unable to be played and have since been discontinued. A new RuneScape rule also bans gambling from the game and makes it a reportable offense to be involved in gambling in RuneScape now.
They're actually called 'Mithril Seeds' and they are found in the legends guild after completing the quest to get in. They cost a good bit of money, and you can only buy about 500 at a time, you can also buy them in the Grand Exchange or have other players go into the Legends Guild for you, then bring them to you outside. Allthough, gambling isn't supported in runescape.
A seed is planted and players bet on the color the flower will be. I assume the color is random. Since there is really no way to force the other player to pay when he loses the bet, it is a risky game.

No. Just because RuneScape has its own gods does not imply that RuneScape is anti- other gods. For one thing, it's a game. By adding gods to the game, a story can be built around their antics and items like godly weapons can be introduced as a plot and game device. They do not expect people or want people to worship the RS gods.
