Try throwing the pitch or note in your head. its not so much to sing loud as to just get higher. sing the scale and keep up to get higher. some people can not sing high notes because that is as high as there voice will get. if nothing works perhaps get someone to give you voice lessons that is near or in your area. voice lessons are not as expensive as regular music lessons.
