You have to save it to your computer. Then go to Facebook and click on profile picture then browse. Click on the file you saved your pic in and it should post. If you want it in your album you still have to save it on the computer first. Then you can click on the album you want it to be in and click add picture.

You can. As long as the computer can read the picture file with paint, it will work. Just right click on a blank spot on the desktop, then "Properties". Click on the "Desktop" Tab, then click "Browse". Find your picture, and click ok, then apply/ok.
