satori and nirvana refer to states of enlightenment!

Answer:

Satori is a Zen Buddhist concept of the instantaneous appreciation of the whole meaning of enlightenment. Nirvana is a common concept in all Buddhist sects as a state of aware existence without self awareness (no ego component) which is attained by enlightened beings after death if they opt to forgo rebirth.
