There are three reasons why mammoths went extinct. Scientists have proven that they are all combined to get the result of mammoths dieng. They are:
Humans hunting them down
Lack of food -Mammoths were the biggest grass eaters after the ice age the grass land became trees
Climate change
scientists found the fossils of triceratops
Dinosaurs!

The species "native horse" did go extinct and that is what scientists are talking about. The "equus ferus'' species is still alive though.
Not any more. Its extinct.
I think they became extinct at the end of the Mesozoic era
The last confirmed sighting was in 1962. There is a possibility that it still survives, but very few scientists think that now.
Mammoths are extinct, but I would think they ate in way that resembles the way elephants eat,
Wooly mammoths became extinct around 10,000 to 12,000 years ago. Nobody is sure why. It may be because of climate change or possibly over hunting by humans. There is also a possibility that some of them interbred with elephants amd their genes are intermingled with modern elephants.
no way! even if they think they found a perfect solution with proof, is there anything more to it? Is there more than one way?........
