Yes, they do. A psychopath isn't someone who doesn't have feelings. A psychopath is someone who doesn't feel guilt (which is why they are sometimes violent- one of the reasons that we don't hurt each other is that we would feel guilty if we did). The psychopaths who are in movies (like Hannibal Lecter) are often incapable of emotion or only capable of rage, but real-life psychopaths can feel happy, sad, angry, surprised, et cetera.
