Sound is made by pushing air with the cone. A coil of wire is attached to the cone. The "sound"current is passed through the coil. Any current running through magnetic flux causes the coil and cone to move. The larger the magnet the louder the sound. A strong permanent magnet is used. Electromagnets are not used, however
An electromagnet drives the stereo speaker to provide the sound.
A loud speaker can use electro magnets and i hope this helps =)
A magnet
A speaker is most likely to contain an electromagnet to produce sound by vibrating a diaphragm.
A common electrical device that contains an electromagnet is a speaker. The electromagnet in a speaker is used to convert electrical signals into sound waves by vibrating a diaphragm.
Blenders, doorbells, speakers, and probably anything that is related to speaker systems or have speakers in them. Any device with a motor, generator, speaker or microphone, or a transformer has an electromagnet installed.
Answer 1If I understand your question, I think you are talking about the earpiece "speaker." If so, then that electromagnet converts voice frequency electrical pulses to sound by moving the diaphragm in the speaker.
The electromagnet in a speaker creates a magnetic field that interacts with the permanent magnet attached to the speaker cone, causing it to move back and forth rapidly. This movement generates sound waves by creating vibrations in the air, which we hear as sound.
One who utters or pronounces a discourse; usually, one who utters a speech in public; as, the man is a good speaker, or a bad speaker. - A speaker is one who gives a speech to a person or group of persons. This is the main meaning of the word; sometimes people will use it to describe just a person speaking For example: A speaker in a stageplay.
A loudspeaker contains a metal coil, known as an electromagnet, that creates a magnetic field when an electrical current passes through it. It is the action of the electromagnet that is responsible for converting electrical energy into audible sound.
In speakers, an electromagnet works by receiving an electric current which creates a magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the permanent magnet in the speaker, causing it to vibrate. These vibrations produce sound waves that are then amplified and emitted through the speaker cone.
