Sugars, mainly saccharose, affects our body by increasing blood glucose levels, by acidifying blood which leads to worsening sore tissues and by increasing triglyceride levels once it is the main source of triglyceride in human body.

I am not an expert, but I will venture the following as a partial answer:

Sugar (in its various forms) is transformed into glucose and released into the bloodstream. From there it is delivered to muscle and other tissues. Successful exporting of glucose from the blood to these tissues requires the action of the hormone insulin. If there is not enough enough isulin, or if the tissues of the body are resistant to its effects, the glucose builds up in the bloodstream and, over time, this can lead to damage of many body system (this is what is involved in Diabetes).

I am sure there are many other effects of sugar on the human body.

sugar affects your body first it will make you sleep less second it will give you a craving for more which will cause stomach aches
