Tab will move to the next cell and Shift-Tab will move to the previous cell. You can also use the arrow keys to move from one cell to another.

It moves to the next cell, to the right. If anything is being typed in when the tab key is pressed it will enter the data in that cell and then move to the next cell.
After you enter your text you press Enter to move to the next cell down or Tab to move one cell to the right. Otherwise, you can use the arrow keys to manauver between cells.

Pressing the Return or Enter key, will move the cursor to the cell below the current one. You can actually change that in the settings to stay in the same cell or move up, left or right. Go to Tools, then Options, then Edit. In there you will find the "Move Selection After Enter" option. You can tick this and then choose what direction you want to move to.
