If you wish to get songs that you have previously downloaded on limewire you must go to the saved folder. Using windows go to MyDocuments>LimeWire>Saved

I have the same problem until the file is completely downloaded. It gives a message about Windows Media Player not having the right Codecs. In Limewire, you might try going into "Tools" then "Options" then click on "Players" and check the box titled "Use Limewire Media Player", then "Apply".
