Many Hindu texts emphasize the interconnectedness of all living beings and promote reverence for the environment. Buddhists also see nature as a source of inspiration and a teacher of impermanence, emphasizing mindfulness and compassion towards all forms of life. Both traditions advocate respect for nature, recognizing its vital role in spiritual practice and the importance of ecological balance.
