Muslims are of all Ethnicities so they can speak any language. Islam/being Muslim is their Religion not their Nationality. How they speak depends on where that certain person is from. Muslims live all over the world. I am Muslim and I speak English but many Muslims are Middle Eastern and Asian. They mostly Speak Arabic.

Muslims are almost of all nationalities of the world. Accordingly, their speaking language depends on where they are residing and living. However, if you mean the original God revelation language of Quran, then it is Arabic language (which is still a live language). Quran is currently available with meaning translation in almost all world languages.
