The chambers of the heart need oxygen, and oxygen is part of the respiratory system which if the respiratory is gone, the heart will not receive oxygen and wouldn't pump blood this is my opinion by:jitiy
the chambers help the respiration by a flowinf the blood to go out and in so the blood has guide on where it is going. BY: Pocholo thank you for reading
The two upper chambers of the heart are called the atria. They receive blood from the body and the lungs and help to pump it to the lower chambers of the heart.
the purpose of having 4 chambers is they help pumb blood roung your body. they are very helpful because that means your heart doesnt have do it on its own that's why i know lots about the heart chambers xx
they help with respiration
The auricles in the heart help to collect blood and assist in filling the heart chambers before they contract to pump blood throughout the body.
They conduct the respiration. It is energy generating process
No it gets its thrust from its pectoral muscles which help it because of the unique shape and how the wind gives it speed
Penguins, like all birds, have a four-chambered heart. This includes two atria and two ventricles that help pump blood efficiently through their body to support their active lifestyle in cold environments.
The atria are the chambers of the heart that have thin walls and receive the blood returning to the heart from the body (right atrium) and the lungs (left atrium). They act as collecting chambers and help in pumping blood into the ventricles.
I'm unsure of what you mean by slits... I assume you mean either the different chambers or the valves. The heart is divided into chambers as to allow the oxygenated blood and the deoxygenated blood to stay separated. As well, the different chambers in the heart give the heart two distinct sides, which beat one after another giving us the 'Da-dum' heartbeat that we're so used to. The valves help to ensure the blood flows in only one direction in the heart. :] There is also the septum, which is the big divider in your heart - which would be used to created the different chambers. :]
This process is called cellular respiration. During cellular respiration, organisms break down glucose with the help of oxygen to produce ATP, the energy currency of cells. This process occurs in the mitochondria of cells.
They have one chamber to their heart: a single tube connected to two valves at either end, and a muscle to help it contract.
