How do the japaniese stay healthy?

Exercise. If they stick to a traditional Japanese diet, they are eating fairly healthy. Rice, fish, soy bean products such as tofu, different types of veggies. Many practice meditation. The Japanese are increasingly becoming more 'Westernized' in their eating habits..fast/junk food, and thus are not guaranteed the best health either.
