Teenagers like us can stay healthy by exercising. We can get ourselves engaged in an activity that involves movement. One good example is running or jogging. We can also go out with friends for a friendly match of badminton, or even bowling. Lastly, we have to have a balanced diet everyday for us to stay healthy.
