First, usually in the winter, the female penguin has an egg. The penguins take turns keeping the egg warm and safe in a little pouch-like opening between it's legs. then, the little baby penguin will hatch, and then the parents will take turns watching over the little baby penguin without eating for months, or going out to eat for a few months. when the penguin that has been out for months comes back, it feeds the little one(s) by throwing up into their beaks. It may sound mildly disgusting, but, well, that's life!
Yes, penguins reproduce sexually. The female penguins lay eggs which the male penguins tend to until they hatch.
How would Lindsay Lohan reproduce? Sexually.
warmness
when they r just born
The men penguins have adapted to reproduce by huddling to keep warm while the lady penguins go and get food. Also while this is happening the men are keeping the egg warm from about march to august.
they get stressed out and refuse to mate (reproduce)
penguins are black and white because the colors atract mates so penguins can reproduce
If Chickens are breeding with penguins then I guess there related...

they mate and lay eggs
Like all birds, fish and mammals - they produce sexually. They need a male & a female to reproduce the species.
Unfortunately Penguins are one of the only animal or for that matter living things that do not reproduce. Of course if this statement is true it arises the question "How then are penguins still present if incapable of reproducing?" and a valid question it would be. However the population of penguins maintains its level of existence by other means than reproduction. For example immortality and penguin eggs growing from the ground much like the common potato.
