In the/a grocery store, they keep the produce (tomatoes, celery, lettuce, apples, mushrooms, radishes, etc.) on those little salad bar-looking things, right? Well, those are refrigerators but opened up so you can take the produce (and buy it of course!). There are also misters that come on every now and then that keep the produce fresh and clean. So next time you pick up a piece of cabbage, notice that it is wet!!
