We all appreciate art, but not everyone wants to be an artist. Same goes for languages, science, and the rest of the subjects listed. Without being exposed to those subjects, it is impossible to know what appeals to you. Be glad these subjects are offered. It would be a boring world without the existence of buildings (math and physics), paintings( art class) and varieties of food to eat (science).
