find your air filter on the driver's side of the car and follow the black tube to the metal that has the throttle cable attached to it. that's your intake manifold. look under that. The starter looks like 2 cylinders, slightly smaller than a soda can.

its under the hood next to the engine.(yes) if your looking at the car standing in front of it it'll be on the right side of the engine. you have to look down (not underneath) close to the transmission. The starter has a solenoid coil attached to it. The starter itself is only connected to the engine by two bolts. The first one in plain sight and the second one behind the starter. dont forget to remove battery terminals before touching the starter because your going to have to remove the positive terminal and bolt that connects to the starter after the two bolts holding it in place
