Many of the same activities as in the U.S. - movies, concerts, parties, theatre, sports. "Football" (known as soccer in the U.S.) is the most popular sport, as it is in much of the world.
My experiences in Germany (mostly Berlin and Sachsen (Saxony) ) showed people to be more interested in outdoor activities than are many Americans. Hiking is very popular in some parts of the country.
Also, in places like Bayern (Bavaria) eating and drinking are major pleasures. Biergartens are well-patronized by people enjoying a wide variety of foods and beers.
For the most part, people in Germany do much of the same as those in other countries such as here in the United States. When I visited Germany, my host family enjoyed playing games together, watching TV, going to the movies, playing on the computer/internet, and listening to movie. They also enjoyed getting together with neighbors and friends a lot and enjoying the outdoors. Germans do the same things you and I do!
Germans like to do just about everything everybody else likes to do; Party.
