It won't test you positive for anything else, however, like the way poppy seeds can supposedly test a person positive for heroine. If you take Concerta without a prescription, that is illegal, and I would recommend staying off of it for about a week before your drug test, although I've heard reports that it can be undetectable within 48 hours.
