Grab the phone book and look up body piercing in the yellow pages. There you will find a list of body piercing studios that would be happy to talk to you about your request. You need to realize there is more to the human body that just skin and organs. You can't go willy nilly poking holes anywhere you like without hitting major connective tissue, nerves ducts and veins and vessels.

Body piercing is a regulated profession (licensing and health inspection to ensure public safety) and body piercers (good ones) have spent years learning about these structures and how to work around and with them. Dimple piercings are experimental and very risky, a clear danger exists of doing permanent deep tissue and organ damage.

So consider that before you pose your request to any one, then be sure you are talking so someone who really does know what they are doing. More over be prepared to suffer the consequences of your request when it comes to getting questionable piercings. What you see on You Tube is not necessarily factual nor is it a permanent piercing that the client has no trouble with, generally far from the truth.
