Ok ready for this??? You need to remove the entire backseat then the package tray. then you arre able to get to the screws that hold in the speakers. I would take it to a car audio place and spend the 60 bucks or what ever and have them do it. not only will you save you sanity but also your hairline....LOL

In trunk the felt below the speakers is removable by a couple of friction buttons. Take them out and then unscrew the speakers and disconnect the wires.
Begin by removing the cover from your rear speakers. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speaker. The rear speakers will come out.
Remove the cover from your 2001 Kia rear speakers. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers. Reverse the process to install the new rear speakers.
Remove rear seat, them remove rear deck to get to the speakers.
Attach the wiring harness to the back of your 2002 Chevy new rear speakers. Secure the rear speakers with the retaining screws. Put the rear speaker covers on.
