You cannot trade Pokémon bertween Pokémon Ranger and Pokémon Black 2 however you can do an indirect trade by transferring special Pokémon over to the compatible Pokémon games and then transferring the Pokémon over to Pokémon Black 2.
You cannot trade between Pokémon Ranger and Pokémon Black 2.
You cannot trade between Pokemon Ranger and Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. The transfer of the Manaphy egg is simply an event and the two games cannot link for any other purpose.
You cant there is no interaction between those two games
you need two ds's and..... well i did it before but that was on the first Pokemon ranger so.... Search online.
You cannot trade, but you can use the relocator with two ds's and transfer Pokemon from platinum to white

i have done that myself before! But, the problem is that if you want to trade with yourself and one of the game cards is Pokemon Black, the other Pokemon game card needs to be Pokemon White or Pokemon Black again. Hope I helped :)
No, you can't. But there are two Pokemon ranger video games. There is Pokemon Ranger, and Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. I wouldn't recommend Pokemon Ranger though, I think it sucks. (Haven't tried the other one) Hope I helped! :)
Yes, but not by wild. You can trade for another Reshiram from someone.
If you complete Pokemon Black, you must find your way to the PokeTransfer lab. This will enable you to transfer Pokemon DS Game Pokemon to Pokemon Black, though you will need two DSs to complete the process. So basically yes.
You can trade between those two games, but if you want Pokemon in the previous games, its like migrating. You can't migrate Pokemon from your Gameboy games! Plus, you have to defeat the game before you can trade over with different games.
