Well, we all know that there is no such thing, but if it were real, you would gently press the side buttons on the top of the omnitrix. This causes the top to shoot outward a couple inches, and an illumination of the alien is hovering above it. Simply turn the top of the omnitrix until the alien of your choice is shown, and push the top down. After that, you'll somehow be transformed into a freaky alien thing.
